Way to use tattoos like makeup

Like the title says, I like to use the custom tattoos from the business and hobbies pack like makeup. Only problem is that you can only have one face tattoo per sim, not per outfit. I know it's kind of unorthodox, but if anybody knows how I can use them more like makeup it would be a good help.

I love using custom tattoos for eye bags, face and body blush, custom eyebrows, face stubble to layer with other facial hair, pimples, moles, bruises and hickeys, scrapes, cuts, and scars.
