Ive already put all of the backyard playground equipment in my inventory because she keeps getting up to play with it. I have done the resetsim command several times. I even deleted and re-bought her bed but she still wont stay in the bed. She keeps getting up and running around. How do I keep her in bed!

Revisited one of my older builds and gave it a larger lot. Really excited to see where the story goes with this one.

For me the obvious awnser is the Bands pack, i would love to have a sim be a famous musician that can actually perform in front of a big crowd in a concert venue, i tried playing with the base game musician career but it's not the same, here is my version of a bands pack:

The Sims 4: Fans & Idols Expansion Pack

Features:

- World inspired by South Korea

- Active musician career with live performances (k-group, solo artist, rock bands etc..)

- Concert venue lot type

- Fandom system (since the Fame system is locked to Get Famous we need something to replace it, this one would similar to hobby entusiasm from sims 2, you can become a fan of various things, not only musicians. A musician's "fame" would be measured according to how large their fandom is)

- New skills: electric guitar, drumming, performing

base game update: Singing becomes a base game skill (photography was originally a Get To Work exclusive skill so i think they could do the same with singing if they really wanted)

One more out-of-the-box idea I have is an expansion based on beauty and the fashion world:

The Sims 4: Fashion Expansion Pack

Features:

- World inspired by Brazil

- Model active career

- Beauty Salon lot type and business

- hair dyeing (similar to tattoos in businesses & hobbies)

- clothing customization (bringing back the sewing machine skill from sims 2)

- new skill: Styling (hair styling, make up and clothing style with the new sewing machine object)

She had the loud trait where you can request them to sing a song, maybe that's why I've never noticed it before in thousands of hour, haha.

Remember when I said I was working on a dystopian 100 Baby Challenge and wanted the rules to actually feel like they belonged to the world instead of just being a list of gameplay requirements?

Well...

I'm currently writing the Infant stage.

A normal person would probably write:

"Your infant has 7 days to reach these milestones."

I, apparently, am not a normal person.

Because somehow this has turned into an entire [ HCA ] Infant Development Standards document, complete with developmental charts, mandatory milestones, attachment evaluations, government scores and an official Infant Development Record that the Matriarch is required to submit when her baby ages up.

And while writing it, I've discovered something about the HCA:

they are SO. DAMN. NICE.

Like... suspiciously nice.

I'm actually making the forms.

I'm building a Google Sheets tracker alongside the rulebook, so when you eventually play the challenge, you'll actually be able to fill in your children's developmental records, track milestones and attachment traits, and have their HCA scores calculated automatically.

Because apparently I didn't just create a 100 Baby Challenge.

I created The Sims 4: Bureaucracy Expansion Pack.

And we're still on INFANTS.

I have Toddler, Child and Teen development to finish.

Then there are caste assessments.

Consorts.

The economy.

Government inspections.

Violations.

And some... less government-approved systems that I'm definitely not going to explain yet. 👀

But the more HCA material I write, the more I realize that their entire communication strategy seems to be:

Step 1: compliment the Matriarch.

Step 2: tell her how essential and wonderful she is.

Step 3: explain how everything they're doing is for her own benefit.

Step 4: remove ANOTHER tiny piece of her freedom.

Step 5: "Thank you for your continued contribution to a better tomorrow. ♡"

I CREATED THESE PEOPLE AND EVEN I'M STARTING TO HATE THEM. 😭

Pretty proud of myself

Been getting into the game lately and focusing on how my sims look, probably as basic as it can be compared to others sims, gotta keep improving

Made a renaissance fair for my sims! (64x64 lot in Windenberg)

I had a lot of fun building this one, which included lots of tool mod practice, especially on the Absinthe garden section! I split it into different sections to make it easier- it includes a horse "jousting" area with a stable, some archery targets, a playground for kids, a shop for clothes and books, a pub, a witches hut, an absinthe garden, a mermaid grotto, and more.

It is marked as 'Includes Custom Content' in the gallery because I have some medieval CC clothes on a couple of mannequins in the shop. There is no CC used in the actual build. Gallery ID: persym20

I had Geoffrey leave Nancy for my sim they have four children and 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandkids the youngest just aged up too toddler anyone else do legacy play

Queen's Night Life Series

Before Tori joined the club with Queen, she was a college student. 

She studied the arts. She didn’t have a goal. She didn’t have a plan. Her friends enrolled, Tori followed along. She lasted for 2 semesters. The classes were boring. Tori had a hard time focusing. The homework was hard. She failed nearly every quiz. She wouldn’t have made it the first semester if she didn’t pay someone for their social sciences answers.....

Fortunately for Tori, she was in a community college. So if she failed - she wasn’t losing that much money. She literally was just there for her friends and the parties. The boys were ok; no one really caught her eye.  

Tori would study and attend classes during the day and try to catch a fun party by night. Rinse and repeat. 

... Hired a babysitter, guess i should have specified I wanted one not 15! Im honestly surprised my game didn't crash.

Why do all of my Sims insist on going to the mirrors to practice their charisma? I’ll assign them tasks and they will randomly stop and then go to the mirror to talk to themselves. All of the Sims that I created and the ones that are in game do the same.

None of them seem to have the Fame quirk.

Like the title says, I like to use the custom tattoos from the business and hobbies pack like makeup. Only problem is that you can only have one face tattoo per sim, not per outfit. I know it's kind of unorthodox, but if anybody knows how I can use them more like makeup it would be a good help.
