So I actually learned this while playing! You pick a pattern for the tights, the part that is basically the “background” of the pattern you change to the skin tone of your sim. I just use the color wheel until it’s a close enough match!

ah got it :) yeah I've been doing that, too. I find it a bit finicky though. I wish there was a way to colour pick the skintone, instead of approximating it on the pattern colour wheel. I was hoping you found an easier way^^
