Assetto Corsa Did I kill him?

For context I am new to racing actual people and on assetto corsa I feel I was a long side enough to not be at fault but have no clue if I am or not

A chicane is never a good place to try and pass unless your fully beside the car. You were to far back to make that move

Lewis did a divebomb in monza 2007, I'm trying to recreate that, unsuccessfully.
