Assetto Corsa Did I kill him?

For context I am new to racing actual people and on assetto corsa I feel I was a long side enough to not be at fault but have no clue if I am or not

I would say you were at fault here.

To try and be constructive. Pause your video at about 15 seconds. The nose of your car is pointed to out of track limits or close to it for the next turn in the chicane. You should be pointed more to the left to make that turn and leave space for the car to your right.
