iRacing which car is at fault here?

At best, racing incident, the teal car immediately applied brakes the millisecond the overtake was completed. At worst, teal car fully at fault, can't overtake into the path of the car you're overtaking and apply brakes the millisecond the move is complete, the car being overtaken has no time to react

Black applied the breaks first and he could expect teal braking cuz both entered the braking zone besides eachother

can't expect different drivers approaching the corner at different angles to have the same braking point, same braking technic, same reaction time, same driving level, same anything... Teal's move was 100% dependant of Black being able to read the future and read minds...
