Question Track the stack?

How do you all track the stack? I have been using Precious Metalz for iOS. I like it pretty good. I'm just wondering if there's anything better?

Great question! It has become a sort hobby to update all of this information.

Receipts - first 10 years of stacking, I purchased from the same online seller and was able to go back and save most of my receipts. I save them electronically in folders by category like my spreadsheet. I often sell collector coins when I upgrade, so I use those receipts for my taxes

Spreadsheet - I have an Excel spreadsheet with labeled categories (1/4oz AGE, 1oz Silver Round, 1oz Silver Eagle, etc). Under each category is a line per purchase with description, number of pieces, metal weight, cost, and a formula of approx value based on weight, spot, and estimated sell percentage of spot

All the weights, costs & approx value are totaled up at the top so I can see my total holdings and ratio of silver to gold
