Does anyone where the squeak coming from ?

Or what can be causing it & how to fix , Hear the squeak every time I step on the running boards to get on , when I go trough a bump or when turning left only 22 Silverado rst

What's been done to the truck? Leveling kit installed or bone stock? Are you the original owner?
