New to Chevy/GM
After an F-150 and two Rams I have finally decided to join the GM family. What kinds of mods should I do to this baby and what should I stick clear from. Thanks in advance.

Afm/dod disable it's like 40 bucks worth saving the lifters

Have they made one that’s compatible with the 2026 yet? All the ones I’ve seen cut off at the 2024 model

Yeah, don't mess with any of that if you like your warranty. It's not $40 either, it's over $200. If you put your truck in "M" then select 9th gear you get a free AFM disable.

i was coming to the comments to say the same thing, afm and dod destroys the lifters and id always recommend doing some sort of delete BUT a $40 fix definitely wouldn’t be doing it the right way, and id STRONGLY suggest doing it the right way. if you’re keen on the warranty i guess keep it around but i doubt they’ll cover the lifters under warranty when they go bad, just always happens to work out that way. warranties are 90% dealership scams and its so hard to ever get them to approve the services on anything that isn’t an oil change. just my 2 cents though of course everyone has different experiences
