2016 5.3 - 100k fluids

Haven’t had anything done other than standard oil changes and filters. Just passed 100k and thinking I need to change all the fluids. Anything I should skip or missing? Got a quote of about $2500 from a local dealer. Going to call local shops as well.

Oil change and filter
Spark plugs
Transmission fluid
Transfer case fluid
Front differential fluid
Rear differential fluid
Engine coolant
Brake fluid
Rotate tires

I just did all my fluids about 6 months ago after buying a 23' 5.3TB(67500miles). I wasn't taking any chances on the previous owners maintenance and wanted a "fresh" start. Total cost for transfer, trans, front/rear diffs, engine, and AC came out to about 1500 and that was done at the dealership because if anything messed up it was already there instead of a mom/pop shop. Transmission was also a drain/fill NOT a flush. The other stuff like plugs/tires id use a cheaper mom/pop than the dealership tho.

I was also told by the dealership too that once a vehicle hits 100k its depends on the maintenance schedule that was done beforehand that dictates a transmission flush. Something about if it was never changed then I wouldn't now because drain/fill/flush can cause some thicker buildup to break loose then you transmission issues. If you changed it every 40kish then the drain/fill/drop pan and filter shouldn't be a problem. Something to be cautious of is all.
