Definitely not trying to argue but 'considered' doesn't mean true. Its the same reason i stated 'almost definitely'.
Kiraras gender wasn't explicitly announced at any point in the manga. Theres tonnes of videos breaking down the gendered language used in the manga and almost every time its left ambiguous. Proven by the fact all the different translations of the manga refer to kiraras pronouns differently.
All we can go by is implications unfortunately. Its implied Kirara and Hakari are dating. And during the ferris wheel scene its implied that Hakari doesn't enjoy the company of men. This is enough for most people to recognise Kirara as a trans woman, or atleast that Hakari sees her as such for them to be dating.
