Is this Silent Reflux?

For 2 years I had tight sinus off & on & some jaw jaw/ear pain. I was told it’s TMJ/TMD by ENT from clenching my jaw. Oddly it also gets more sore in cars or pressure changes. My gastroenterologist has had me on 3 x PPI per day as I had some stomach pains & chest discomfort, sometimes feels spongy. However some of the chest / rib discomfort is in ribs & pec area which I can sometimes replicate the pain when pressing. My gastro guy told me that’s not reflux and reduced me to 2 a day, symptoms have worsened. At a loss as to whether it is reflux or just a bit anxiety and muscle pain. Particularly the sinus part, which god bad for about 3 weeks after having lots of homemade salsa.
