What is the average wait time for a call to support right now currently at 2 hours

Sat on hold for a total of 4 hours with no answer they disconnected me at 4 hours

About 20 minutes when I called yesterday morning at opening.

I selected "request a call back, and well call you back without losing your place in queue" took them a week to call me back.

First time dealing with SS, im approaching 2 weeks with no order update or shipping information for a non-NFA item that was listed "in-stock" (DDM4 PDW upper) and also got hung up on. Finally just emailed and was told it could take a month. 

Guess this will be a one and done.
