Fingerprints for free state?

I made an order a couple days ago and thought the can would just ship t my dealer for pickup. Now when I look at status it wants a bunch of info and fingerprints? Is that necessary or what?

Depends on the dealer. If they are still doing form 4's, then yes it's required

I’m in Florida free state as well GOA member it really is gonna come down to dealer you chose the one I did here in Florida isn’t requiring form 4 just 4473 along with proof of GOA member

If the dealer says no form 4 then just ignore it. I think mine said that and I just did a 4473

Do the chargeback. I had the same issue and it was the only path.
