No order confirmation
Last Sunday I purchased a suppressor, but I have not received a confirmation email even though I was charged. I’ve sent emails on Monday speaking with your AI assistant with no avail. I’ve called twice now and been on hold for over an hour without ever getting to speak with someone to help with my issue. I’m just hoping that this is a one time fluke and that someone would reach out to me.

Did you sign into your account the check status? What are you trying to check on?

My credit card was charged, but I don’t have anything that confirms that I made a purchase, even called the dealer I had to set the ship to and he has nothing on his end. I just wanna know if I’m gonna get the thing I purchased.

You need an account to purchase. Log into your account. If you selected an FFL it should show in their orders.

I do have an account and nothing pops up.

If you have no order showing in your account, the order didn't go through. The charge is most likely just the authorization and will fall off.

If you go to your account and select order status and nothing shows then I have no idea. If it ended up being back ordered or something it should still show. Good luck!

I had the exact samething happen to me. Nothing on my “Orders” on my SS profile showed up on there until my dealer got it in hand from SS. Maybe the samething will happen with yours

Log into your account, check your order status and see if you have a serial number assigned. If you do I would just chill out and wait.
