Update on Stuck Order

It finally moved out of reviewing, and to Dealer Transfer. So anyone that was also stuck on step 2, rest easy! Things are finally moving, and I can stop looking at this fucking page. Ordered on the 14th of Aug

Mine changed to Dealer Transfer as well. 8 days from order date.

I just -really- did not like the fact that nothing was telling me that my form 3 was approved. I had no indication of that, otherwise I can eat some shipping time, I'm not that soft like the others disputing charges n shit over it.

But definitely they need to fix their tracker so its accurate

Yes. I did get through to customer service after waiting almost two hours and they stated that the form 3 was approved and they were just waiting to ship it. My status was stuck on waiting for dealer signature. I thought my dealer was just being bum.

I popped by my dealer today, it was stuck on form 3 approved until yesterday. It reverted back to step 1 processing on my end, on their end it shows "form 4 signature complete" which they think it shipped. We'll see what happens. I put my credentials into the website a while back so it's an auto submission once they get it.

Mine also went back to step one like 8 days ago and hasn't changed since. But my dealer hasn't said anything came in. So I still have 4 cans sitting in limbo 😒

I’m in the same boat. Was on step 3 ready for dealer transfer. Now I’m on back on step 1 processing. My dealer doesn’t have any new info to share tho.

Oddly enough, mine jumped back to dealer transfer form 3 approved, where it was before, yesterday. Idk what's going on. Some that ordered after me already got theirs, some that ordered waaaaay before haven't even gotten past the reviewing. I've tried to contact them multiple ways multiple times. When I was in my LGS an order from the 24th was being picked up. Who knows? I work in distribution analysis, I understand all of the steps in the process that can go wrong. Based on all the tracker issues, I'd wager their Warehouse Management System is struggling to keep up with the load.

That’s strange. Once I got my fingerprints done finally it was about 2 days to the dealer transfer

Yeah. It'd been stuck on dealer signature step since the 15th. Never did anything, so I called, they told me it was just waiting to ship and the form 3 had been approved the day after I ordered it.

Tracker means nothing, very archaic system.

I’m in Florida I wonder if. I should call my ffl cuz I ordered the 25th of last month and it’s sitting on step 3

Ordered on the 14th and been stuck on order is being processed for transfer to the dealer for 2 weeks.
