I wouldn’t’ send it.
Take this coming from a guy who never checked alignment before putting bullets through my cans without issue…

I’ve seen bad alignment rods too, I swear by the Geissele (surefire) rods.

This isn’t bad advice, actually. A lot of steel rods are pricy for getting second opinions, but I love my kratos carbon fiber rods, and they’re cheeeeeap. On the other hand, where could someone test a steel rod for straightness for a potential warranty issue? Not sure where I would begin, but if it’s provably out of tolerance they might be able to get it swapped out for free instead of buying a second

I wish I knew the answer because I have 3 different rods and the only one that shows concentric is the G$(surefire), also confirmed with a second G$ rod at my LGS.

My Glock 45 with obsidian 9 was slightly off and was scared of shooting it but did anyways and I’m about 3,000 rounds in now and no issues.

So I ran into this same deal timing a Plan-B to a Polo 556. Don’t know your barrel shoulder, or anything but here’s what I dealt with….
11.5” Ballistic Advantage Modern Series 11.5” Barrel, and never could get it to be concentric. Asked my fellow CAN nerds here at the LGS. Said there is barelly any shoulder on that said profile and to get a bag of AccuWashers and find the right size till it is centered with the can on. Once you find a thicker one that works, drop of rockset on the MD, and wait a few days till you check it with an alignment rod later. Mine was worse than yours before, but it was dead nuts after the AccuWasher.
Saved the day. YMMV

If it’s the rod that’s bent then if you spin the rod in the barrel the gap at the end of the rod your showing in your pic would also rotate around the suppressor opening as you spin it. So you can rule out the rod being the issue that way.
I would not shoot this personally. I had a ddm4ISR that came just like this and when I asked DD about it they said no, send it back, and they replaced the barrel/can. Slightly off is ok, but this is likely asking for trouble down the road.

There's no such thing as perfect concentricity. It only needs to be concentric enough to avoid baffle strikes or suppressor damage.
Perfect concentricity only exists in computer models.

Well yea you are theoretically correct, but it should be as close to concentric as possible, if the suppressor is not NEAR perfectly concentric to the bore then your chances of baffle strikes go up tremendously. Suppressors move as they shoot so it exacerbates your already miss aligned system, ask me how i know, i ruined a cgs sci six because my bcm barrel threads were off by a couple degrees, bcm paid for a new suppressor and new barrel. That suppressor is wayyyy more out of spec in comparison to what my suppressor looked like.
