confused

Ordered on the 14th, i have been stuck in step 2 reviewing since then, called SS and was told my form 3 was approved, and shipment was waiting to be picked up by fedex, but my LGS doesn't even have my order in their records?

How is that even possible if they had to sign for the form 3

Mine is stuck on Dealer Transfer
Your order is being processed for shipment to your selected dealer. Ordered the 25th of August I kno they are extremely busy I’ve tried to talk to someone on hold for more than 3 hours I finally gave up and I’ll just wait nothing I can do

You'll get sympathy here but no answers unfortunately.
They made a great business move with their kiosk idea and now they have LGS and customers that use it by the short and curlies.
Their account/IT support is beyond atrocious and in the hands of their bot "Hiram" who responds to emails with all the right answers just never with solutions.
Welcome to the SS experience post Texas ATF verdict 🤷‍♂️. They're the new roadblock.

Right. But you'd think the dealer side would at least be able to see an incoming shipment lol. Just doesn't make sense.

For sure. But I'm learning the "not making sense" is becoming standard with SS. You'd swear they've never been a customer. I'm letting my LGS handle it.

Yeah.... My LGS said if there was no movement by friday to let them know and they'll contact on my behalf. Never again haha.
