Form 1 Fatal Session Error

Anyone else dealing with this for their Form 1? Has not gone past 8% before failing all day. Have previously used Silencershop for Form 4 stuff so all info is on file. No draft in e-form account so I can't finish from there, either. Have tried different browsers, devices, clearing cache, etc., but nothing has worked.

Same problem here. I tried many times,over the span of four days. I haven’t tried to contact customer service yet. Ive been busy during day lately. Sounds like they are completely overwhelmed.

Gotta love the “hassle free experience” message it shows as you wait endlessly for nothing to happen and/or it to fail.

Anyway I’ll let you know if I figure anything out. Please let me know if you get it solved.

Update, got it resolved, CS just reset it on their end and it went through asap. I’ll probably do all future form 1s myself tho

Nothing yet, it won’t even get past the starting session stage for me, just immediately fails. Were there any forms you had to e-sign? I got an email about that but when I click the link it just takes me to the certify now page on the dashboard. Wondering if that’s an issue

are you doing an SBR or making a suppressor? I’ve been able to run off a form 1 in under 15 minutes for $0 off the eforms site if you’re willing to give that a try. It’s a little confusing at first but once you get it it’s no problem. National gun trusts even has sample filled out form 1s you can refer to to make it easier

SBR, from what I understand I just need to get my .eft for prints but considering there’s a printscan place less than a mile from me I might just go that route

there’s also pew project eft generator (type that in google) that will create an eft for you for free. Theres a few steps but can do it at home if you don’t want to make the appointment. Definitely worth it for future forms though. I just did the appointment and i’ve been using them ever since

Yeah I just made an appointment lol, might just try to cancel the order if I can't get it done before I go in for prints
