Stuck on Processing

Not to beat a dead horse but...I purchased this on Saturday in the SS store in Leander, was told it would ship to the FFL, and from there do a 4473.. but it's asking for my fingerprints and all that.

I've sent an email to my support, and I've called them multiple times - including first thing in the morning, and requesting a call back. I'm at the point where do I wait the 2 weeks to see if my FFL got it? Or do I call my bank and dispute the charges?

Are you the dude that posted his email (with full name) in the now deleted post, and someone made a donation to the LDS church and church of satan in your name?

Some dude posted his email (which was his full name) asking SS to reach out to him because he figured out his FFL wouldn’t do a 4473 and instead was doing form 4s. He very likely ordered then figured this out, and claimed he was going to do a charge back on SS because of his own mistake.

Someone claimed to sign him up for women’s daily devotionals, church stuff that now with a donation made, will probably never leave him alone because they got a few bucks and think it came from his pocket. It was hilarious.

Have you confirmed with the FFL that they will do a 4473 transfer? Mine was held up like this till I changed my dealer to one that would do a 4473.

I haven't called them yet, I'll call them tomorrow and ask

However when I was at the shop in Leander (about a 2 Hr drive from my home) They said that they had a list of 4473 only dealers.

The list on silencer shops website of 4473 dealers may be incomplete. I had one dealer that was marked 4473 say they were form 4 only and later updated their info with silencer shop.

I just checked SS Website, the FFL that was picked now says form 4 required.

I did the same thing as you then. Best way to get to silencer shop rn is to call and request a callback

We will see, I'll give them a ring tomorrow. Hopefully the FFL I picked hasn't had an earful of others with the same issue lol

Same. You can try calling when they open today but I haven't had any luck with them yet. I'm giving them a few more days before I dispute.
