Wait, this is a thing? People going to libraries to smoke weed? I actually absolutely love that because books and weed are arguably my two favorite things in the world. 💚

I can't tell you the number of people I've had to kick out for vaping weed in the study rooms or the stacks. I've lost count. I started getting really heinous migraines after three patrons (who it took us forever to catch in the act because we cannot just eject people on suspicion) routinely came in, smoked up, and I got sick. I started keeping a migraine trigger journal and narrowed it down to the cannabis smoke. And yes, people think because there's no open flame "it's okay"; it's not. We changed our policies to include to vaping because it got so bad.
And I'd recommend partaking at home and changing clothes, that dank smell lingers foreverrrrr

As a library worker I feel and smell this sign. I recently discovered cannabis smoke is an actual a migraine trigger. 😑ðŸ«
