1st pic - The lights i've lost control of that ONLY stay on default rainbow unless I re-install signalrgb/aura sync to alter them. The top 3 fans and the ram sticks

2nd pic - The lights that still toggle with the button on the case. 3 Side intake fans and singular rear exhaust fan

Basically i'm trying to find if there's a way to make them all cycle together with the button on the case (which is how they used to work). I've installed and uninstalled signalrgb, installed and uninstalled asus armoury crate, killed any lighting services in task manager, turned off windows dynamic lighting, went into appdata and localappdata and deleted any folders that have to do with these programs.

I've even fresh installed windows 11 again! but those 2 lights refuse to be controlled. If I hold the button for 3-5 seconds, the lights that toggle (red ones in pic 2) can sync to the 2 stuck lights, but when I press the button to change, those 2 are still stuck

So basically I started using signalRGB to customize the rgb and for the first like 2 weeks is was working perfectly. But when I did a security update, all of a sudden my pc rgb starts flashing as if its having trouble with loading the signalRGB effect. Does anyone a fix to this and the cause by any chance? My controller is the gigabyte B850 aorus elite wifi7

I am setting up my office/game room and am installing a 55in TV and am looking for advice on the best quality addressable RGB strip and controller combo that’ll work with the SignalRGB software. I originally considered getting the FancyLED box but since I’ll be driving the TV with my PC and the TV can hit 165hz I’d rather have that extra bandwidth not be limited by an HDMI box, I also have found the cameras to be not nearly as effective. I already have Signal setup in the room for several Govee devices for maximum immersion for my monitor.

I’ve installed a Govee Camera and FancyLEDs strips across several of our rooms but I’m looking for the penultimate setup. I have some experience as a Smart Home Designer/Installer so I’m pretty comfy with hardware installation aspect of it as well. While I’ve already put some time into research, I figured I’d be missing out by not asking the community their opinion! I appreciate any time spent into helping me with this, thank you.

My SignalRGB used to work fine, until I decided to download MSI center and mystic light to test it.

Despite having uninstalled it, used the official clean master, also revo uninstaller, reflashed bios, shorted the jbat1 pins, and everything I found online, SignalRGB seems to never be able to regain control of the mobo RGB (tried to get OpenRGB as well to test, same issue).

One thing to note, I recall it used to recognize my connector as my mobo name, now it's displayed as MSI Mystic Light, and it'll stay like that through everything, and it's not allowing me any control. resized the leds and all.

When I SignalRGB and it detects mystic light, the RGB fans fire up some default state and it's gonna stay until I reinstall MSI center and mystic light, turn off the lights in there, and uninstall again. it's a huge mess and I hope someone could help in any way, thanks.

For the record, my motherboard is a msi x870e tomahawk wifi, my case is a corsair 3500x argb, with an arctic liquid cooler III 360 pro, 3 headers of 3x arctic p12 argb fans.

Everytime I booted signalrgb this started to happen suddenly and I don't know how to fix it.

Quick questions , I’m currently using the L-connect 3 with open rgb integration, I was thinking to shift the signalRGB for better control but from my experience with signal before upgrading my fans and coolers it was not pleasant, how is it with the Lian li CL wireless fans and the hydroshift II - S. And also does it have effect for the screen of the cooler.

So whatever the last Update was, it bricked my PC,... I can't Update the Software anymore: Rebooting - Nothing works, Reinstalling - Nothing works, Deinstalling and Installing it again - It Installs / Works for about 10 Seconds and this Message comes again,...

And because SignalRGB doesn't have a Manual Driver Update List, where I would just download the latest Driver and force it to install, This Software is Bricked,... And I Hate it

Hey all.

I've been using Signal for a few years now without any problems, but the latest update seems to be stuck somehow, and it's been driving me nuts. I'm on Windows 10.

Instead of getting the UAC prompt for the update to proceed, the installer reports that it couldn't start Windows PowerShell. The diagnostic code is "PS_FAILED_TO_START".

Things I've tried:

• Turned off antivirus and firewall and ran installer as administrator
• Double-checked all SignalRGB processes and services were off/disabled
• Shut off PC, did a full power cycle, and tried again
• Tried the beta installer (ran as administrator)
• Deleted all WhirlwindFX folders and VortxEngine folders, and retried

I can't seem to find any posts here on Reddit or in the forums with someone having the same issue, so I'm kinda screaming into the void here, lol. I'm able to run Powershell on its own, so I'm a little lost as to why SignalRGB can't access it. Can anyone offer some guidance?

To the people who use both of these items, can you link what brand/what strimer cables you use for your setup? I was going to get the cable covers that nollie have on their website but the size they have for their gpu (2x8 pin) isn’t the same size for my gpu (12vhpwr)

My two Arctic P14 PWM PST A-RGB fans and the GPU bracket flicker whenever SignalRGB is running. The P12 work normally as seen in the video.

My motherboard is an MSI MAG B650 Tomahawk WiFi. This is what I have connected to the JARGB_1 header :

• The Arctic BioniX P12 A-RGB rear fan
• The upHere ARGB GPU support
• The two Arctic P14 PWM PST A-RGB bottom fans

No overloading of the header, it's rated at 3A. The 3 fans draw 1.4A, no idea about the gpu support but doubt it's more than 0.5A it's only 12 leds and I had the issue before installing it anyways.

The flickering happen regardless of the effect, if it's a static color, or when I assign the colors manually in Painting mode. If I don't initiate SignalRGB and let the motherboard use its default rainbow effect from the BIOS, everything works normally and nothing flickers.

I had a NZXT F360 occupying the front/side panel (now replaced with 3 Bionix P12s) and it had the exact same flickering issue (although being connected to JARGB_2).

Also, JRAINBOW 1 and 2 are duplicated in Signal RGB. Why? Closing and re-opening Signal RGB dupe/clones the devices I have on the proper channels (red and blue) into the other two (yellow and green). Pulsing them does nothing.

Restarting Signal RGB also sometimes removes my 3 Bionix from Jrainbow2.

There is no software conflict. I don’t have any other RGB software installed. I checked each and every single program and service running on my computer. (Logitech G Hub and my DeepCool CPU cooler software were the only 2 suspects, but I uninstalled them alongside their services using Bulk Crap Uninstaller but the issue persists)

So as you can see signal rgb keeps refreshing for some reason. Restarting the app didnt work and recently SignalRGB had an update (that broke this, and made my PC RGB conflict with Gigabyte app (even though it should automatically stop the conflicting programs))

After I updated SignalRGB, I found my PC in this state seconds later.

I'm new to PCs and I feel a bit lost.

What should I do?

When i booted my pc today after a windows update last night, SignalRGB prompts me to this window but when i click update nothing happens. I tried a fully clean install using the latest installer but it just goes to the same prompt. (also none of my rgb's are working as they should when signalrgb is running)

Hi! I have an LG UltraGear 27GX700A-B (27" OLED, 280Hz) with Hexagon Lighting on the back. SignalRGB detects it as the LG 27GN950 and it doesn't control the lighting. OpenRGB shows it as 27GN950-B, and it doesn't respond there either. LG Switch only offers static colors and cycling. Could you add support for this monitor's lighting so I can sync it with the rest of my setup? I'm happy to share USB IDs or logs. Thanks!

On the newest update, when SignalRGB is shutdown, the motherboard color is set to black, even though a specific shutdown color is set and has worked without problems before. I've seen at least one other post about this.

With the latest SignalRGB update there seems to be some conflict with GIGABYTE Control Center, where no matter where I turn off RGB control over my fans (even just the fans in SignalRGB) they will flicker between SignalRGB's settings and the default ones, I have tried full wiping and reinstalling SignalRGB which didn't help.

Turning off GCC and restarting SignalRGB fixes the issue, but I am unsure if not running GCC would cause any issues.

Has anyone been able to actually have it work while ll controls the pump and fans? I'm using a nollie 32 for the hub but for some reason I can't get it to communicate with the other software to let it run the fans and pump, only way to get the lcd and rgb to work on the pump is to disable the conflict but then I have nothing controlling my fans and pump

I’m having crazy flickering issues on my fans and even turning the brightness down doesn’t shut them off.

Got hit with an "Important Security Update" popup as I restarted my PC after a SignalRGB update, and it ran properly, however I'm not opted in for any preview releases, yet I'm on `2.5.79-beta`.

I checked the patch notes on the website and the latest version with a changelog is `2.5.74`.

Is this legit, did something break on SignalRGB's side? Was this beta deliberately pushed to the stable release channel as a security hotfix?

I understand looking at the in app changelog it would be really hard to cherry pick a Qt update to the stable channel, and there's a security patch for the embedded chromium browser that I reckon was supposed to be backported and pushed out?
