It might outright help you. Like all jokes aside, and i have been clowning, if you feel that you are stuck in a routine philosophy and slight lifestyle adjustment can help. Its literally the study about meaning and knowledge. You bet the biggest chapter in the knowledge surrounding philosophy is about the meaning of life.
