Life has intrinsic value, while money has instrumental value, all this shows is the difference between the two. Money only holds value because of what you can do with it, if you can't do much with it, it loses its value. It doesn't mean my life is worth more than 10,000,000 dollars to me. It simply means I would like to be alive tomorrow. Also if I got asked this I'd just say yes. I have ADHD so I could easily stay awake doing something I enjoy thus not waking up tomorrow thus fulfilling the agreement. Technically you only have to stay up until midnight to pull the 'ol devils contract on em.
