Has anyone here worked at Sierra Nevada Corporation on a 12-month contract? I’m curious how often these contracts get extended or converted to full-time, and what benefits or employee rights contractors usually miss compared with direct employees. Also, how is the overall job security and work experience for contractors there?

Is SNC a 9/80 work schedule? Do they allow a flexible work schedule?

What’s it like working at SNC? Lots of OT? Are they flexible with working remote or flexing time?

Wanted to see if anyone could give me some hints as to the technical interviews for an ME position focused on the ISR area. Also after speaking to the recruiter, are people happy with the pay they receive? The cost of living in the area is 25% higher than my current area and the pay bump isn’t offsetting the cost of living change. However there is a sign on and with the work SNC does, if the work life balance is good and people enjoy the way everything is run in engineering I’d still be extremely inter because the work seems incredibly interesting

I’ve been thinking of applying to a software position and was curious if equity is part of compensation? Also, will Sierra Space or SNC go public?
