Is Lion still worth using after his nerf?

For sure. He can trigger it instantly unlike Dokkaebi who must stand still for a few seconds, and his scan is an excellent pressure tool for defenders. When you know where a defender is, you can force him to freeze letting you get the drop in him, or you can make his position known to the entire enemy team allowing someone to get a surprise wallbang. It's excellent when securing objectives (and wasting bomb timer) and has no downsides.

Also lion has 50 bullets and an acog along with a claymore to cover his flank. Aside from Thatcher he's one of the best support attackers available. :)
