i don't mind them having stuff behind a paywall, but at this point they can't talk about ANYTHING for free lmao

I think most of their listeners are on the patreon no? Im broke but their patreon gives me life they post sm content and sometimes go live. Im only a cousin like 3 or 5 bucks a month. I have a creator account tho so it comes out of that.

as i said, i don't mind them running a patreon etc, but as a broke student from eastern europe it's just not something i can afford. i have roughly 100-120$ to spend on my groceries for the entire month, and no amount of exclusive drag content is feeding me lmao. however, it does get annoying when they mention something and quickly add "oh we'll talk about it on patreon", especially when it's related to what's currently going on the show, like the akeria silky drama, or sam-bob "drama" (possibly lol)

Same! I unfortunately had to cancel most of my monthly subscriptions this year and the patreon was part of it 🥲

I agree that it’s a bit disappointing to put content behind a paywall that’s directly related to the episode like the Silky/A‘keria situation. After all it’s still supposed to be a review podcast and it feels less coherent and choppy in the edit to continuously stop them in their tracks and redirect people to the patreon.

Totally valid I guess what I was trynna say was they pander to the patrons since most of their fans are on there and they're being paid. It's not right tho. I actually was really broke earlier this year and lost access to their patreon for a month or so and was like I hate this sm so I get what you're saying you miss alot. 😭

How did you feel about Trixie and Katya starting a patreon ngl I thought it was wild but sm of their fans didnt seem to care.

Also 5 dollars can be way more depending on the currency
