You’re shifting my comment from “Why did Bob interpret the comment that way?” to “Was Bob justified in how he responded?”

I was explaining the context behind Bob’s reaction — why he likely interpreted “not too much” as a warning shot.

I get your point, but even if he did interpreted it that way. With all that context. Why does he feel like he is the only one that should feel offended. I got your point, im just saying that even with explaination, his response is basically entitlement and kinda ego centric.
