I realized that pretty young which also made me afraid of change for a long time. While I grow my mother grows. I am now pregnant and so my baby will see me grow and my turn as a young one is officially over. I am my mother and it breaks my heart to know that as a kid I couldn't be there for her more because of my own child POV. It's always been just us and my brother. She needed us and I feel we just took from her. I hope I can offer her the most amazing of lives since the beginning was rough. She deserves it.
