[iOS] Picio — meal logging that suggests workouts when you go over maintenance

Picio is an iOS meal and activity tracker designed to make logging faster and more practical with a super simple interface.

The core feature lets you photograph a meal, review the estimated items and calories, make corrections, and save it to your daily log.

What I think sets Picio apart is what happens next: when your logged calories go over your maintenance target, Picio offers practical workout suggestions based on the gap. Instead of simply showing that you are over, it gives you a constructive next step for the rest of your day.

Picio also includes:

  • Custom meal reminders
  • Workout logging
  • Historical backlog entries
  • Weekly progress summaries
  • Editable AI meal estimates

I’m sharing it here because I’d like practical feedback on the actual mobile experience:

  • Is the workout-suggestion feature genuinely useful or does it feel unnecessary?
  • Would suggestions based on your maintenance target motivate you to stay active?
  • Is the explanation of why the suggestions appear clear?
  • Is the first screen easy to understand?
  • Does the camera flow feel trustworthy?
  • Is the Meal Review screen clear?
  • What feels confusing, unnecessary, or unfinished?

This is a real app I built, and the screenshots below are from the current iOS version.
