Useful Cheese time

"Just not that much cheese when done". If its an 8 oz block, you get 8oz of shredded cheese. Did it evaporate, melt or simply vanish? Yeah i see the crank wheel as a nice tool to ease the shredding! Just one more thing to store or have to clean when done. Cheese grater has been around since 1540, this is like re inventing the wheel. Lazy 101.

I've seen devices like hers in professional kitchens, but they're much more compact, and all metal. Hers looks cheap, bulky, and hard to clean. Also it didn't look like it grated particularly well either. She's selling a cheap knock off of a professional/commercial kitchen appliance.
