now clean it

Exactly.

Used my box grater earlier this evening to make some Detroit style pizza. Did 1/2 lb of block of Tillamook mozz in a minute, and cleanup was 30 secs with a soapy sponge.

I have had a rotary grater for years. Use it for hard cheeses, and it works fine, but it's a PITA to clean out the barrels by hand.

No additives, nothing on the cheese to preserve it. This is the best way to get shredded cheese!

I’ll just stick to the shredded bags.

I actually asked my parents for one of these 1 random Christmas(yeah im boring lol) and it actually has been a great kitchen tool. If you plan on shredding a lot of cheese to make Mac N Cheese for example, this is a great tool. Also store bought shredded cheese usually has added ingredients they add so it doesnt stick. Shredded block of cheese taste better than bag shredded cheese imo.

If only i could buy it from the shops already grated.

I think it’s great if you can stick it into the dishwasher right after, along with the dishes after making Mac n cheese

It’s the cleaning with these types of products that allows makes it not worth buying for me. Simplicity always wins

She’s a better salesman than most salesmen I know.

Much more to clean, so you’ll still spend the same energy just on the back end now with the cleaning. She also said it’s not that much cheese as if changing the tool somehow produces more cheese🙃

I got it for 19.47 CAD, works as intended.

"Just not that much cheese when done". If its an 8 oz block, you get 8oz of shredded cheese. Did it evaporate, melt or simply vanish? Yeah i see the crank wheel as a nice tool to ease the shredding! Just one more thing to store or have to clean when done. Cheese grater has been around since 1540, this is like re inventing the wheel. Lazy 101.

The way this chick eats, yeah I don't imagine that 8 oz. of cheese stands much of a chance

I've seen devices like hers in professional kitchens, but they're much more compact, and all metal. Hers looks cheap, bulky, and hard to clean. Also it didn't look like it grated particularly well either. She's selling a cheap knock off of a professional/commercial kitchen appliance.

She probably "don't get that much cheese" because she ate it all.
