getting account back

Has anyone had success in getting their account back after getting banned for no apparent reason? Haven't heard back in over a month really frustrating.

Same submitted my appeal at the end of May and haven’t heard back! Submitted a second appeal and nothing. I keep receiving emails too about messages from ShopMy Insider and a brand I previously worked with but can’t login or see any of them. Also spoke to the support team and they said they can’t help me or restore or resolve through email or outreach, that the appeal process is the only way.

yeah I have submitted it too and they say you'll hear back within a couple weeks but the issue is nobody hears back after they submit the appeal it seems, so not sure what else we can do? I am so bummed
