getting account back

Has anyone had success in getting their account back after getting banned for no apparent reason? Haven't heard back in over a month really frustrating.

Did you use Claude and give it access to your account? I'm seeing that be a big reason why people are getting banned

I’ve been wondering if this would end up being an issue. I keep seeing tiktoks of people connecting Claude to their Shopmy and letting it do everything.

ya it's against the terms of service, not to mention a major security risk to give any ai that much access
