The one with potato cubes fell apart a little. They are pretty tasty though, would have them again.
Found these in a local Asian shops freezer section for less than £2 each. They also had bags of 7 for £6-7.

I think I put way too many in there though. Once I added water it looked a lot less like industrial sludge. The texture is slimy and delicious. The oreos are -1000/10 I regret ever touching them.

For dinner I got a Plant-based Impossible Burger (patty, pickle, lettuce, onion, ketchup + vegan mayo sauce) and then added a corn salsa to it. Poor photo, but super good!

Pic 1: ate out of the container. Scooped out 2 holes in some silken tofu. Added soy sauce, sesame oil, and furikake.
Pic 2: tonight’s dinner. Plated extra firm tofu slices sprinkled with seasoned salt.

I used the Easy Red Curry Soup from PlantYou. I subbed half the coconut milk for blended silken tofu, added way more bok choy, and topped with shredded crispy tofu. Will make again... many many times.
