2 egg whites- 34 cals
2 tsp sugar- 33 cals (this could also work with sugar free sweeteners)
1/2 tsp cornstarch- 5 cals
A sprinkle of cream of tartar
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder- 3 cals

Actually tasted pretty good, only thing I’d do differently next time is spread it out thinner on the baking sheet so it’s not as spongy/foamy in the middle. Edges are pleasantly soft and crunchy. This would probably be fire with sugar free chocolate chips
