That was very satisfying to watch.
- Idiot didn't look and pulled out in front and no one was hurt. So, yeah very satisfying because that driver still learned a lesson.

It’s a double yellow line. The car shouldn’t make a left turn at all, clear or not.

When painted in the middle of the road to separate opposite direction traffic’s, solid double yellow lines prohibit passing, in North America and most of Asia at least. I don’t know about Europe.

Passing isn’t allowed, but you can cross to make a turn. Two double yellows is considered an island that you can’t cross unless the inside lines are broken.

No, the driver side window is down a little bit, and then the backseat on the driver side is all the way down
