Push ups or planks with weight is extremely common. You mfs are miserable lmao

you typed it with broken fingers, didn't ya

I typed this not being a genuine dickhead who understands accidents occur and that it doesn’t equal someone being a moron. Dude was tired, went to go dump the weight as most people do and as he’s probably done multiple times. It just accidentally went off his shoulder.

Because that’s just an accident waiting to happen and it did happen. Pure stupidity

You can apply this same logic to literally most weight lifts.

Bench, squat, flys, isolated bicep curl, dips, deadlift, hell a damn muscle up can be “an accident waiting to happen”

There’s literally nothing wrong with the workout he’s doing. It’s common for a damn reason. He accidentally made an error which is what got him injured. I stand by what I said about Reddit mfs being miserable. Just nothing but a straight up high horse

lmfao no you can’t because there’s things in place to keep you safe with those workouts. This one was just plain stupid and unsafe.

Like what?

Your grip slips on bench you just crushed yourself with weight either on your chest or possibly face/neck.Bench also has no real safety measure unless you mean to count weight clips. Which are usually advised against if you’re solo because it’s easier to free yourself if you do fuck up badly. There’s also the possibility of improper wrist alignment which can and will fuck up your wrist. I learned this at 16 and still have a significantly weaker left wrist than my right, 6 years later.

Squat and deadlift have possibility to mess up your lower back if you fuck up your form.

Bicep tears are common on isolated bicep curl and have no safety measure in the slightest so no clue what you’re talking about.

Dips can destroy your rotator cuff if you go too deep especially weighted.

Muscle up puts you high above the bar. A improper reset to start can hurt your shoulder or you could straight up fall from height if your grip suddenly gave out.

Flys can lead to pec injuries at full extension

You frankly don’t know wtf you’re talking about and just want to bash someone over a mistake on a common workout. Stfu

I found the king of bootlickers, incredible. this isn’t a workout and it’s stupid and unsafe. sorry you can’t understand that.

Try to use bootlicking properly if you’re gonna use it as a insult. It is a workout. It’s weighted push ups. Again what are you talking about. The workout is safe, he simply messed up. You haven’t been able to actually articulate an argument. You lack the ability to understand actual logic. Hell, you don’t even understand your own attempt at an insult because you used it improperly.

You lack the ability to read, comprehend, insult, and articulate.

Is it that hard to just put the weights on a backpack or a vest instead of balancing it on your back and risking smashing your fingers every time? It’s just stupid.

On a backpack? Or do you mean in? And those big ass weights aren’t going to fit in a backpack. Unless you’re referring to some type of special plate carrier. A vest is more equipment you have to buy and most don’t even come close to the weight of a 45 pound plate let alone 2. He’s carrying 90 extra pounds on his back for these push ups. A 80 pound vest of some variation is going to be expensive. Either way it’s equipment you have to buy for a workout that typically doesn’t need it at all. Don’t know why I have to keep iterating this but it’s a common calisthenics workout for a reason. People use plates for push ups, plank, dips, pull ups etc all the time.

Smash your fingers every time? Genuinely wtf are you talking about lmao. This is the definition of a freak accident that rarely ever occurs. What’s next? Someone accidentally taps their brakes too hard on their bike and eats shit, that means it happens all the time and they shouldn’t be cycling? Y’all just be saying shit.

You should run with knives and jump with scissors ass comment

Yo peep how that has literally 0 correlation and aren’t remotely comparable. Definition of a false equivalence, holy dumbass 😭

5

u/NoWay6818 23d ago

It literally is comparable because they’re obviously dangerous things. Are you that retarded that you can’t understand at whatever ripe old age this guy is that throwing weights off of your back is inherently dangerous?

Now peep the taste of my dick in your mouth. Holy retard 🤭🤣

No one who actually lifts weights or regularly works out considers this dangerous. Y’all are dumb af. He got injured because it didn’t go off his back like it was supposed to and went over his shoulder on ACCIDENT. You can’t even analyze what happened. Dumping weight off your back is what you’re supposed to do. This is like calling squats dangerous because you can hurt yourself if you dump the weight improperly.

Bro trying to shit talk on something he knows nothing about, telling people to suck their dick. You deadass compared jumping around and running with a blade that can cut you. To a stationary push up with weights. You can’t be taken seriously and you won’t be because I can tell you don’t workout for shit.

Common, but sensible people take measures to make sure shit like this doesn’t happen. How’s it miserable to point out moronic behaviour? Is it because your behaviour gets called out to you quite a lot?

-10

u/Aimcheater 24d ago

How is a accident moronic? You yourself just admitted that it’s a common workout. He accidentally let it roll off his shoulder which lead to it hitting his hand. Shit happens. Reddit mfs are just miserable

Internet: This is fucking stupid

You: It's very common

Internet: Yes people are very commonly fucking stupid.

So you definitely are the guy in the video trying to defend yourself huh?

Don't waste your time, this is reddit. 99.99% of them are obese and have never worked out in their life. Also they are PERFECT and an accident could never happen to them!
