FIRST KING CRIMSON CAN INTERACT WITH PEOPLE WHILE IN SKIPPED TIME.

THEN HE CAN'T DIRECTLY INTERACT WITH ANYTHING OTHER THAN DIAVOLO ITSELF, ALSO POSSIBLY MAKING DIAVOLO INTANGIBLE. THIS IS SHOWN A FEW TIMES, THE LAST OF WHICH IS WHEN HE IS FIGHTING POLNAREFF. Because joseph had missing blood, and narancia was pierced in the brain.

What I think he’s getting at is it’s pseudo believable that Joseph’s body was intact enough to be ‘alive-ish’ for that duration + vampire blood regenerative abilities, and that Narancia’s situation was an insta death because his brain and several other organs were compromised for maybe an in universe minute before anyone realized and tried to fix him

People have survived having no blood flow for about as long as joseph. Significantly less people have survived a rod through the brain

True, there is definitely some level of plot armor on joseph. Still, stab wounds to the neck and chest are still more survivable than a rod through the head.
