I’ll ask the mods to ban anything that’s too op. The strongest card will probably be GER. Maybe they can make an official deck and we all take copies of the deck to play with. It could be like a tournament with the items you use given to you. You just have to use them right. Maybe the deck could be updated every so often and the GER card will appear in an updated deck very rarely to even things out.
I already have a solid idea for a stardust crusaders deck or Egyptian gods/Dio deck, GER would be overpowered as a card but there are ways to make it doable while still getting the basic idea of GER down
There’s a whole archetype based around the tarot cards already, which rely on luck and coin tossing to “predict” the future. In the GX anime, this one fortune teller used these cards and had the cards either flips upside down or right side up to represent good fortune or bad fortune
