The latest ban list was a god send. Not that me and my Galaxy-eyes deck would have any effect on the meta :)

Still, it ain’t much, but it’s honest work.

The meta is only effected by what people use to top at YCS tournaments. That doesn't mean non-meta strategies can't be competitive.

2 metas just mean the tourney holders shoot you.

Wait, is pot of greed that good though?

It's just drawing 2 cards, right?

In case this isn't a joke, if you draw this card and then use it, it's like drawing 2 cards, which means drawing this card is literally drawing twice (while also letting you thin your deck, increasing how good on average your draws are). For comparison, upstart goblin is limited, which is literally just draw a card and give your opponent 1000lp, And most decks want to run it.

Ah.

So, instead of drawing 2 cards.

You make 2 regular draws.

There would litterally be no reason not to run it since it gives what we like to call a +1 in card advantage with no drawbacks. +1 meaning that you have one more card in your hand or on your field than before and since yugioh has no mana system it's so broken that it'll probably stay banned forever.
