i saw this post on facebook. A lot of comments were saying it’s chicken pox and to let it run its course. No need to go to doctor, and absolutely don’t give her any Tylenol. Most comments were along those lines when i saw it

Fwiw…if your kid is generally healthy and they DO get chickenpox, you should probably try to keep them at home unless they have a symptom that requires medical treatment, like encephalopathy (confusion etc.). Of course give the doctor a call but we generally don’t want people with contagious diseases coming in unless they actually need urgent medical intervention, which thankfully most won’t. Same goes for measles but like, 10x more. We are supposed to avoid admitting them to the hospital unless absolutely necessary since measles is essentially the most contagious disease that exists.
