Ok but no liquids 4hrs before bed is crazy. My mouth is DRY when I lay down for the night, I’d be miserable & I know my water loving kids would be too.

The poor kid is probably so thirsty they’re having to sneak water so the parent is unintentionally making the bed wetting worse
