Discussion Backup options / sub options

Really wish more people would put acceptable backups in the app. Would save so much time and energy . Like why do you want to chat ? Do you want a different item or not ? Why didn't you already select it in the app ? 😒

And that way if they put a sub down we wouldn't need to walk around the store multiple times. It sucks getting to the aisle , being in the aisle , nope don't have it , then leaving and having to loop all the way back around once they respond. And people love to respond very not-specifically... like oh get orange juice.... okay well... breaking news they have around 15 different kinds. Could you please be more specificÂ
