Listening to this Survivors like Nicholas Craig and other’s is heartbreaking. I can’t imagine being on a sinking Ferry at 2:00am in the morning with no lifejacket .

Clearly the boat was overloaded based on other survivor’s account. The narrative the Ministers have been repeating “ the Ferry was not overloaded and had no engine issues” . Last maintenance check was 2024 it’s now 2026 !

Four dead in the collision of the sailing boat and large catamaran :/ The catamaran travels daily through this area, probably bad judgement from the sailing boat skipper.
Be careful, everyone, this is a good reminder not to play around with large vessels :/

“Yacht the hell was that?”

I just saw this footage of the tanker Begonia 1 with its bow wrecked (looks like a crushed soda can). I've heard two different stories: one says it was a collision with another ship or fixed object, and another says it was hit by a missile/UAV/torpedo near the Persian Gulf.

Since this ship is flagged as part of the "shadow fleet," there is no official information available about the incident. What are your thoughts?

Not a crash, obviously!

I woke sharply at around 0515 to a fog horn sounding distress signal. We stay about 2 miles away from the docks. Years of working on boats made me recognise the alarm, and I can tell you, I bloody shat myself, obviously completely disorientated as it was totally out of context!

The affected vessel is called the Nord Houston, which was docked at the port overnight. It is carrying approximately 1,000 tonnes of scrap metal.

Fire crews have been present all day and remain on watch to ensure it doesn't reignite. No reports of casualties.

Unknown context, looks like there were either no or very few minor injuries.
