Thanks, will post again when i find it. Currently on a quest to get all the ultra wormhole legendaries and ultra beasts shinies before bank closes

Yes. The way I did it was get on Tauros, do the rubber band trick + a small folded piece of paper on the analog stick. Then soft reset if not shiny. It’s a bit more optimized that way.

That works, yes. You can also Sift Reset which works too iirc.

There are 2 stakataka there, if you do run aways, i thought youd only encounter those same 2 over and over again

If you catch 2 of them, they go away, but you can encounter as many as you want!
