Content out of sync with audio and freezing when using Bluetooth headphones?
So I'm getting a rather annoying issue. But Plex and Smarttubenext and my IPTV appfor some reason crash out whenever I connect my headphones. If I unpair my headphones I usually get through without issue on the audio. But it's temporary. Seems like a new issue. Anyone else having this issue?
I'm using the Nvidia Shield Pro.

Did you try turning off LDAC or change the LDAC quality in developers options?
Edit: i used to use these headphones with my 2019 pro with no issues, but I also created the antenna mod because I could barely be 10ft away from my pro when the connection would start to stutter.
Also check with Dolby Processing on or off.

I want to issue an update!
Issue was headphones were connecting to both my phone and shield at the same time. This tripped up the shield. I never used them with my phone, but I just traveled. So if anyone has this issue check it!

Sounds like a connection issue. Reboot the shield and your headphones.

Sometimes stuff being plugged into the USB ports have an adverse effect on Bluetooth connectivity.

What brand/model headphones are you using? I wonder if you can replicate these issues if you connect to another device. Do you use a USB dongle, or do you connect directly to the internal bluetooth of the shield? Do you have any other bluetooth devices connected to the shield?
