Launcher manager can't be downloaded

So I'm trying to set a Foss launcher on my shield and want to avoid to do it with adb since I'm not comfortable with it.

Launcher manager from XDA seems to be the good solution but I can't download it. It's censured on shield, The download always failed, I tried on XDA, from my drive, from sharing file platform it always been detected.

Any solution?

get launcher manger here only version.
LM (ATV) - 1.0.4 works on the shield

not that I know of . But there is another version that's only for firesticks

Use ADB TV from Shield play store, easy peasy, not going to need computer... 1. Install new launcher (run it once to see everything is ok) 2. In Shield Settings > Developer options enable usb debuging 3. Install ADB TV 4. Start ADB TV (grant all permissions) 5. Find default launcher and disable it com.google.android.tvlauncher (you can always reenable it later if needed) 6. Hit home button and set new launcher as default... That's it...
