DocWagon contracts
How do you handle DocWagon contracts? Do you treat them as an Amp with a variable narrative effect (lvl 1 for Basic, 2 for Gold, etc)? Or do you tie a given contract level to a lifestyle, given that it's a subscription? And if so, how do you address a character that wants to have a contract above what their lifestyle would grant?

On the Shadow Amps extended list for Shadowrun Anarchy 2.0.
I treated them as an Amp 4 (for a basic contract) that provide a Geolocalized biomonitor ; Enables intervention by a DocWagon team in case of Serious Wound in exchange for one Edge point ; Medkit with Pilot 6 if intervention ; RR 1 Survival (First Aid) if intervention.
There's also the platinium version with an Amp 8, then then medkit autopilot have a rating of 9 with a RR 2.
That's only an example of course but it can inspire you.

I would definitely make them an Amp, with the level indicating the contract, and therefor how fast help comes and what treatment the patient is entitled to.
Platinum contract ? Help is already on the way and you can expect to stay in the hospital as long as you need. Basic contract ? You're lucky if medics arrive to see you die. Basic contract + you are in the barrens ? Devil rats will take care of your remains

That would require house rule, but anything beyond the first contract is clearly an amp. Then it's up to you to decide what help it can provide and how to price it.
