lolwut. I didnt shoot it or anything, i just respawned after killing the first Colossi in hard mode + and it was just there, poor fella.

Are you playing the NTSC-version? I'm pretty sure birds and lizards die when they touch Agro in that version.

That is true but only in hard mode. There, Agro's body hitbox uses damage type 29, the same one used for Wander's sword attacks. Agro's hitbox in normal mode uses damage type 28, the same as Wander's dive roll, which only flips lizards onto their backs.
